Welcome to Veliy. By downloading, installing, or using the Veliy iOS application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

Veliy is an AI-powered relationship intelligence app that runs entirely on your device. The App provides:

• Relationship DNA testing (self-assessment)
• Chat screenshot analysis with AI-generated insights
• Weekly relationship reflections
• Coaching suggestions and pattern discovery

The App is operated by Veliy ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

3.1 Sign in with Apple

The App uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Multi-Account Use

The App supports multi-account data isolation on shared devices. Each user's data is stored separately under their Apple user identifier. You are responsible for ensuring that you sign out of your account when using a shared device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $14.99 per month
• Annual Plan: $119.99 per year (save 33% compared to monthly)

Prices are in USD and may vary by region due to local taxes and currency conversion.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.3 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Settings app on your iOS device → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Or the App Store app → [Your Profile] → Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

4.4 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited features:

• 3 chat analyses per day
• Basic Relationship DNA (2 dimensions)
• Weekly Reflection

4.5 Restoration of Purchases

You can restore previous purchases by going to Settings → Restore Purchases within the App. This uses Apple's AppStore.sync() API.

4.6 Apple's Standard EULA

Your use of In-App Purchases is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload, analyze, or share content that you do not have the right to access
• Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm another person
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App's AI model or software
• Use the App to provide professional psychological, medical, or legal advice to others
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5.1 Your Content

You are solely responsible for the content you analyze within the App, including chat screenshots and text you input. You represent that you have the legal right to possess and analyze any content you upload to the App.

Because all processing occurs on your device, Veliy does not have access to your content and cannot be responsible for its contents.

5.2 Other People's Privacy

When analyzing conversations that include other people, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws. The App does not transmit these conversations to any server, but you should be aware of your legal obligations regarding the processing of others' communications.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

6.1 Not Professional Advice

The App provides AI-generated insights, coaching, and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App is not a substitute for:

• Professional psychological counseling or therapy
• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Legal advice
• Professional relationship counseling

Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for matters related to your mental health, relationships, or legal situation.

6.2 AI Limitations

The App uses an on-device AI model with inherent limitations:

• It may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased analysis
• It cannot read minds or predict another person's feelings with certainty
• It analyzes behavioral patterns, not intentions
• It may not account for cultural, contextual, or situational nuances

You should not make significant relationship decisions based solely on the App's output.

6.3 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that the App's analysis will be accurate, helpful, or suitable for your specific situation. You use the App at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at veliy.gaothink.in/privacy. The Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the App.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The App, including its design, software, AI model, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by Veliy and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Open Source Components

The App uses the LiteRT-LM framework (Google AI Edge), which is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. For more information, see github.com/google-ai-edge/LiteRT-LM.

8.3 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the App (chat screenshots, text inputs, DNA test responses, reflection notes). Since this content never leaves your device, you retain complete control over it.

9. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by:

• Going to Settings → Clear All Data within the App
• Deleting the App from your device

Because all data is stored on your device, deletion is immediate and complete. We cannot restore data you have deleted.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 As-Is Basis

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veliy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

10.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us through the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Because all data is stored on your device, termination of your account does not automatically delete your data. You must delete the App to remove all data from your device.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
