What is Veliy?
Veliy is a private AI companion for your dating life. Drop in a chat screenshot and get instant pattern analysis, coaching, and reply ideas — with an AI model that runs entirely on your phone. Nothing is uploaded. Ever.
How does the on-device AI work?
Veliy uses a built-in multimodal model (Gemma, via LiteRT) that runs on your iPhone's Neural Engine. All analysis happens locally. After the one-time model download, the core features work without an internet connection.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required to use Veliy's core features. Sign in with Apple is offered only for subscription management and is never used for tracking.
Model & Download
How big is the model download?
The on-device model is about 2.5 GB. We recommend downloading over Wi-Fi with your device plugged in. The download supports resumption if your connection drops.
The model won't finish downloading. What do I do?
Make sure you have at least 4 GB of free storage and a stable Wi-Fi connection, then restart the download from Me → Settings → Model. If it still fails, delete and re-download the model.
Subscription
What's included in Premium?
Premium unlocks unlimited conversation analyses, the full Relationship DNA report (4 dimensions), coaching for dating and timing, and advanced pattern discovery. Free includes 3 analyses per day, basic DNA, and Weekly Reflection.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Veliy. You can cancel or change plans there. Subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Me → Subscription → Restore Purchases. This syncs your entitlement with your Apple ID.
Privacy & Data
Where is my data stored?
All conversations, analyses, and your Relationship DNA are stored only on your device. We operate no cloud backend that stores your chats, and we do not track you across apps or websites. Read our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete everything at any time from Me → Settings → Delete All Data. Because nothing is uploaded, deletion is permanent and immediate.
Troubleshooting
Veliy feels slow or stuck.
Close and reopen the app. If analyses feel slow, check that the model is fully downloaded in Me → Settings → Model. A device restart resolves most hiccups.
The app closed unexpectedly.
Update to the latest version from the App Store, ensure your device is on iOS 17 or later, and free up storage space. If the problem continues, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
